Job BET_1 fails
The message in the logfile says:
********************
The job starts now !
********************
bet /data/fsl/projects/fischauge_dti/test/con/00001/tmp/data_b0.nii.gz /data/fsl/projects/fischauge_dti/test/con/00001/native_space/nodif_brain -f 0.25 -m -n -R
Can't open /data/fsl/projects/fischauge_dti/test/con/00001/tmp/data_b0.nii.gz.hdr
But when I make a simply check (ls -l) the file does exist, it is of non-zero size and I have read/write access. What can be the reason for this?
$ ls -l /data/fsl/projects/feye_dti/test/con/00001/tmp

When I look in the logfiles I see the following:

RE: Job BET_1 fails
Dear,
There is a folder named 'logs' in the result path.
Please attach this folder and your configuration file with the extension of '.PANDA' to me.
Best

RE: Job BET_1 fails
I deleted everything in the results folder and created a new
job.PANDA file to have a clean start. But again when I start the
job I get the same error message in the logfile
(./logs/CalculateJobStatusMain.loginfo):
Undefined function or variable 'TBSSDismap'.
CalculateJobStatusMain in /opt/spm/PANDA-1.1.0_64/CalculateJobStatusMain.m at 94
Where is (or should be) 'TBSSDismap' defined?

RE: Job BET_1 fails
Dear,
Please attach the .PANDA configuration file here.
I want to get more information.
See from the logs files, the pipeline hasn't started.
The error message in CalculateJobStatusMain.m doesn't matter.
It's only a program to calculate the job status.
Last time, the pipeline has started, and runs to BET_1.
But, this time hasn't started. I cannot get enough information from the logs.
Please change a result folder, and have a try.
Best,
Zaixu

RE: Job BET_1 fails
Hello,
this morning I deleted again everything in the results folder "con", recreated con_test.PANDA and restartet the jobs. But somehow the whole procedure hangs. So, I attach a file containing all logfiles and the file con_test.PANDA. I hope this helps to find the problem.

RE: Job BET_1 fails
Dear,
In this situation, there are two possibilities,
1) What's your operating system, 'at' command should be enabled in your system.
But at first time, you can run to BET_1, maybe it is not the reason.
2) The input data is not organized correctly, the organization of input of PANDA has a certain rule.
PS: 13 days ago, you have sent an e-mail to cuizaixu19891201@gmail.com.
However, this is not my usually used e-mail.
I haven't seen your e-mail until yesterday.
Please send e-mail to zaixucui@gmail.com, I will reply you as soon as possible.
Best,
Zaixu
