The parameters of slice timing
Dear INDI-team,
 
I have download the MRI data from 72 patients with Schizophrenia and 75 healthy controls (http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/retro/cobre.html). But i can't find the parameters of slice timing.
I guess the slice order of [1 3 5 7 9 11 13 15 17 19 21 23 25 27 29 31 2 4 6 8 10 12 14 16 18 20 22 24 26 28 30 32] for all rs-fMRI data, right?

Looks like we didn't get that info from MRN. I have an email out to them, and will update once I get it.

Wei,

I have updated the COBRE site to include information on slice order. It is:

Rest scan - collected in the Axial plane - series ascending - multi slice mode - interleaved
MPRAGE - collected in the Sag plane - series interleaved - multi slice mode - single shot

Hi Dan,

Do you know if the scans were acquired with eyes open, or eyes closed? This may be a stretch, but are any other data available (e.g., neuropsychological assessments, further demographics) for this cohort?
