Registration Errors?
Hello Everyone,
I was able to run HAMMER on a pair of my images. At the end of the registration, the warped, original subject image looked very funky while the warped, segmented subject image was matched to the target image. When I looked in the log file, I found the following message:

Does this mean the complete deformation field is not being written out?

Registration Errors?
No, this message simply means that the deformation field does not
contain description information at the beginning of the file.
That is, some deformation fields embed information, such as sizes etc,
at the beginning of the file.
In the case of hammer this is not needed and thus the deformation field
does not contain that information.=20
The command is just reporting that.
As for your images, please verify that your images all have the same x
and y sizes, all are unsigned char, and segmented with the same values.
Cheers,
Andres

RE: Registration Errors?
Andres,
How can I make my registration results better. In the sense how will the optional parameters affect the output of HAMMER? Can you explain the relationship between some of the parameters in detail please.
Thank you.
