Can anyone tell me where can I find the atlas maps for CC200 and CC400 for ADHD-200 data release.

To clarify, I want the region maps not the average time courses.

Thanks for your reply. The link you have sent is about the script to be used to compute the atlases.

Do you have any idea if the already computed atlases for the data-set released for ADHD-200 project is available or not. I want to quicly check my algorithm on it. It woudl save a considerable amount of time.

The mask link you have sent contains 10 clusters. So, I assume these are the mask for the networks identified by ICA . Please let me know if you have the links for the CC200 and CC400 masks also.

Hi Soumyabrata,

The files you downloaded from the link I gave you contains the CC200 and CC400 parcellations.
They are two of the 43 volumes in the file. CC200 is volume #19 CC400 is volume #31 (assuming the volume number starts from 0). If you open them with afni, you can see these information very easily.
