Cannot save images
Hi!
I am using the WF pickatlas (v3.0) in SPM8 and I am unable to save the masks when I press 'done'. The images are not saved anywhere.
Do you know what the problem could be?
Thank you so much in advance!

RE: Cannot save images
Hello Julieta,
Without more information I will be unable to help. Are there any errors that show in the command window? When Done is pressed, a dialog window should show up allowing you to choose the filename and directory for saving. Is this showing up?
Ben

RE: Cannot save images
Hi Ben,
I hope this additional information helps to solve the problem. When I finish selecting the region I want to save, I press 'Done' and the dialog window shows up so I choose the filename and directory, and press 'save'. However, the file does not save in the directory (it does not save anywhere).
This is what comes up in the command window:
atlasname: 'HUMAN ATLAS'
subdir: 'MNI_atlas_templates'
lookupfile: 'master_lookup.txt'
dispimage: 'MNI_T1.nii'
licensefile: 'info.html'
conversionfile: 'atlas_space_conversions.txt'
conversion: [1x2 struct]

RE: Cannot save images
Hi Julieta,
Sorry for the delay. I didn't get the automated response emai, so was just checking back and found your response. I'm able to recreate the error, but only when hitting CANCEL instead of SAVE in the file dialog. What platform are you running the pickatlas on? Matlab version and Operating System.
