Unable to save mask, TOO!
Hi !
I'm running my Pickatlas toolbox (v3.0.4) in SPM8 . With Basic mode I cannot save the mask file using"SAVE MASK" button or "DONE" button. After setting the filename and the directory, the mask files cannot be found.(I've tried many file directories....)
Additionally, my operative system is WIN7 and the version of MATLAB is R2009a. I noticed other person have also reported this phenomenon. The lines in the command window is as below:

atlasname: 'HUMAN ATLAS'
subdir: 'MNI_atlas_templates'
lookupfile: 'master_lookup.txt'
dispimage: 'MNI_T1.nii'
licensefile: 'info.html'
conversionfile: 'atlas_space_conversions.txt'
conversion: [1x2 struct]

RE: Unable to save mask, TOO!
Hello Carmen,
There is something odd about the error you've posted.  Would you please do a 'which spm_write_vol' (without the single quotes) in matlab?  Does this return the directory of your SPM installation.  If you do this same command after a failed pickatlas save, do you get the same directory?

RE: Unable to save mask, TOO!
HEY Ben~!
Thanks for your kind reply. I did a 'which spm_write_vol' (without the single quotes) in matlab as you asked. And "D:\med\work\marsbar-0.43\spm99\spm_write_vol.m" comes up. After remove marsbar folders in "set path", you toolbox does work! So I boldly think there may be something incompatible existing you program me and marsbar.
Lastly, thank you a lot for solving this problem.

Best regards!
Carmen
