Hello,
Could you please help me to fix the problem with copying con_files to particular folder. In accordance with tutorial I added the P.GroupDir parameter (with the path to the particular directory) to the ppi_structute_template.m file that is used by the ppi_wrapper. After the PPI contrast estimation and saving the results, for the every analysed subject I am getting error messages in the Matlab Command Window:

'ln' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

Should I add some more information to the ppi_structure file or to the ppi_wrapper ?

Are you using windows? If so, the ln command does not exist. I'm going to
look into other ways of dealing with this issue shortly.
