The old IIT2 DTI template is no longer available for download. However, the new DTI template included in the IIT Human Brain Atlas (v.3 or later) is of superior quality and we strongly recommend it. Our analysis indicates that the new DTI template allows for more accurate spatial normalization when used as reference.
