Preprocessing, documentation for NKI sample
Hi all,

I'm just starting with the NKI-Lite dataset (Sample 1), and I'm having trouble figuring out the nature of the DTI data I've downloaded.

Specifically, I can't seem to find any documentation on what preprocessing, if any, was performed on these data. Do field maps exist for each acquisition, and if so where can I find them? Was the the dataset QC'd, or should we do that ourselves?

Sorry if this is a common question, but I can't seem to find anything about it!

Thanks,
Andrew Reid

Dear Andrew,

I think you need to do your own QC.

We did not process the data but we removed identification information.

Thanks

RE: Preprocessing, documentation for NKI sample
Hi Andrew,

As Yang indicated: all data are raw data, no preprocessing was applied and you will need to do your own QC.

The DTI data for the NKI/Rockland sample does include fieldmaps, however the DTI data for the Enhanced NKI/Rockland sample does not. It should be clear upon downloading which one you have (i.e., I'm guessing you downloaded group_0 of the Enhanced NKI-RS).

Cheers,
Maarten
