I am hoping to move some ALE results images into MNI space.

Bioimagesuite would seem to be the state of the art to do that but I am having trouble figuring exactly how. Any help would be appreciated.

I have images that were produced from an ALE analysis I assume to be in Talairach space. I would like to use move these images into MNI space.

I have hacked Mathew Brett's tal2mni to produce an image that should be in MNI space but I was hoping to make use of recent advances packaged in BioImage Suite to perform a produce a better image set.

We don't have an explicit tool for this but there is Matlab code that will do MNI2TAL that I can send you. Essentially BioImage Suite uses a lookup table for this conversion that was generated by a nonlinear mapping. If you send me a private e-mail and I will send you the code.
