Hi,

In the past days I was able to perform the full pipeline with two subject so I decided to follow the same procedure for all my sample 31 subjects, however I did several trial and always some of the subject fail the first step: dcm2nii_dwi my problem is that across trials not allways the same subject fails but they might change without an apparent reason. For example in trial 1 the subject 1 and 3 fail in trial 2 fails the subject 2 and 3 so I don't understand the reason.

I have stored the data as explained in the manual and as I did before (when it worked). Here is an example for the subject one, all the 31 subjects are in the same fashion in the folder DATI_connectome

Attached is the log of a subject that failed, please help me to understand were I'm doing wrong...it's been long time that I'm trying without success.

Also. because I thought could be a problem of permission in linux, I changeed the permission with chmod 777 to all folders, subfolders and files, just to be shure, but still some of the subjects fail
