ROIs for Graph theory analysis
Hi All!
I'd like to use a multiple-labeled ROI (aal found in MRICRO) set for graph theory analysis. Is it possible to do this?
What should I do after importing the aal.nii and check "multiple ROIs" in order to make the Graph Theory analysis tool use all of the labels as nodes?
