Intensity normalization of CONN
Dear CONN Users!
Trying to understand the exact functioning of the CONN processing steps I encountered an issue where I don't know what the toolbox really does.
What kind of intensity normalization does CONN apply? As the mean of the extracted time series is zero, I suspected z-scores are calculated from the raw intensity values, but the standard deviations are different from 1.
