Dear experts,

A couple of strange problems with wfu pickatlas. Firstly, when I use MATLAB2012, I cannot save any mask I create. I should have write permissions but the folders in the MATLAB current directory are a faded color which maybe means I don't? When I try and save a mask in MATLAB2008b it does work and the folders in the current directory are full colour. I have tried adding the path with the 3 subfolders.

Then, when using MATLAB2008b, I cannot choose left or right to restrict my mask, it will only let me do left + right, saying: attempt to reference field of non-structure array.

I have fixed both problems!

It was a problem with setting the path correctly. I resolved both issues by setting the spm8 path with subfolders, then setting the WFU_PickAtlas_3.0.4 path with subfolders but removing the spm_lite path as advised below (and as advices by the error in the matlab command window)..
