Hi Conn people,

I suspect I'm missing something obvious, but haven't managed to find the solution yet...

I've been using WFU_Pickatlas to generate .nii files based on custom MNI coordinates.  I was wondering if there was any way to either append the coordinate labels to the nifti file, or alternately get conn to recognize a text file of labels that is associated with the .nii file.  

So far I've been able to get conn to recognize the .nii mask (and the results look interesting!), but a bit hard to interpret without the associated labels.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
