Hi,

I face a similar problem as with Sarah. I've downloaded the WFU_PickAtlas 3.0 and extracted the TAR in the SPM8 Toolbox folder. I see the three folders you've mentioned. However, when I open my SPM GUI in Matlab (R2013a), I am unable to see the WFU under the toolbox drop down. I did not add any new paths to the MATLAB directory. Not sure why this is happening, any insight would be great.

  First confirm that you have the following paths:

spm/toolbox/wfu_pickatlas
spm/toolbox/wfu_tbx_common
spm/toolbox/wfu_results_viewer

I opened 'set paths' in MATLAB and only had the following:
spm8/toolbox/WFU_PickAtlas_3.0.4

Should I be adding the individual folders too?

  Take the sub-directories in WFU_PickAtlas_3.0.4 and move them into the spm8/toolbox directory.  Then remove the WFU_PickAtlas_3.0.4 directory.
