Brain Register CT image load error
Hi,
I'm trying to load a CT image (which I can view in Orthogonal Objectmap Editor) in the Transform Viewer of the Brain Register tool. It won't load, claiming "Error: floating-point value too large". The error dialog is attached.
I'm using Bioimage Suite in a 64-bit VirtualBox running Ubuntu 14.04.
Any light you could shed on this problem would be much appreciated!
Best,
Matt

RE: Brain Register CT image load error
It seems that loading the image (in my case, pre-op MRI) into the
Reference Viewer before loading anything (in my case, post-op CT)
into the Transform Viewer fixes this problem. I was loading
the images in the wrong order.

CT image load error
Good debugging. Could you somehow get those images to us (anonymize
them first!)? I'd like to see what's causing it for real.
Thanks

RE: Brain Register CT image load error
Sure! Is there a good way to check if the files are
de-identified (sorry, I'm new at this).
