Error loading niftiis
Hey,
Does anyone get these errors when trying to load niftiis in the transform viewer?
ERROR: In /agrino2/src/bis3_base_build/vtk52/Filtering/vtkImageData.cxx, line 1344
vtkImageData (0x18b6c2b0): Bad component index 0
ERROR: In /agrino2/src/bis3_base_build/vtk52/Imaging/vtkImageExtractComponents.cxx, line 240
vtkImageExtractComponents (0x1a20dd60): Execute: Component -1 is not in input.
It seems to load some files ok and not others. Sometimes it won't load a file that worked ok before.
I can't work out why. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
