Regarding ROBEX installation
Hi JEI

My system has 64-bit Windows 7 and I want to run ROBEX on this machine. Which will be the appropriate version? I already tried v1.2 but unable to run the .exe and .bat files.
Can you please help me this and let me know how to get rid of this issue as I don't know how to deal with the batch files ?

Hi GG,
You need to download ROBEX 1.2 for Windows, decompress the file into a directory of your choice, CD into it from the command prompt, and type:
runROBEX.bat inputFile strippedFile [outputMaskFile] [seed]
You can find further information in the file "readme.txt"
Kind regards,
Eugenio

RE: Regarding ROBEX installation
Hi GG,

When I run runROBEX.bat under win7 64-bit command line it says:
'ROBEX' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

can you let me know how did you get yours running ?

Thank you,
Mahmoud

RE: Regarding ROBEX installation
Hi MZ,

First, I set the correct path to the directory containing the batch file.
Second step is to run the below command:

runROBEX.bat input.nii stripped.nii mask.nii seed

seed >=0
