  I am trying to run yuki2.1 on a linux system which is running mpich2 1.4.  When I run in the serial mode, the code still tries to initialize (MPI_init) and fails:

--> Returned "A system-required executable either could not be found or was not executable by this user" (-127) instead of "Success" (0)

*** The MPI_Init() function was called before MPI_INIT was invoked.

*** Your MPI job will now abort.

Is it possible to run without using Open MPI?

  I was just wondering whether you emailed me the serial version!  Sometimes email get blocked by our ITG system especially if they are zipped files.
