acpcdetect for a Mac user?
Hi!

I love using the 'acpcdetect' tool on a Linux machine, but wonder if I can also use it on a Mac. I think the only way to use it is to rebuild it on a Mac using source files (if it ever works).

Could you tell me if I can use the tool on a Mac? and if yes, how?

Thanks a lot and hope someone can help me on this!

RE: acpcdetect for a Mac user?
Hi,

Unfortunately there are no compiled versions of acpcdetect for Macs.  The source code however is quite portable and should compile on Macs without much effort.

Hi Babak,

Thanks for your reply. Where can I get the source code? I'm sorry but I couldn't find it... also, a brief tutorial how to compile would be also appreciated (if possible)..

Thanks!

CS

Unfortunately the source code for acpcdetect is not available for public release at this time.  Sorry.

Hijacking a bit this thread, I would like to compile acpcdetect on Windows using cygwin or mingw. Would it be possible to get access to the sourcecode please?
