Coordinates of the default seed regions
Dear experts,

Does anyone know the coordinates of the ROIs provided by default in Conn software (LLP, MPFC, PCC, RLP)?
In one of my studies I got some significant results with these ROIs and it would be nice to know the exact coordinates of these ROIs (the related reference if it possible?).

Many thanks,

Med Ali

RE: Coordinates of the default seed regions
Dear Med Ali,

These ROIs are defined as 10mm spheres centered at coordinates (MNI):

MPFC: -1 49 -5
PCC: -6 -52 40
LLP: -46 -70 36
RLP: 46 -70 36

They were defined from Fox et al. 2005 (Michael D. Fox, Abraham Z. Snyder, Justin L. Vincent, Maurizio Corbetta, David C. Van Essen, and Marcus E. Raichle
