I've recently upgraded to version 14p from 14n. I've encountered a few problems.


When using the gui, there  are constant pop-up display messages.

When first staring the conn gui, here was my first display message:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Attempt to reference field of non-structure array.
Error in conn (line 959)

When trying to import a *.mat file from a previously conducted gui analyses with version 14n, I get the following errror message:

ERROR DESCRIPTION:

Undefined function 'spm_fileparts' for input arguments of type 'char'.

Also, i've run a batch file with 14p. It yielded different results from the same batch file I used for 14n. I still see similar areas for activated clusters, but I see more activation with results using 14p. Have the default settings changed?  I checked the update log, and didn't notice anything.

I'm currently using Matlab 2012b. Is this a problem?

The batch only involves seed to voxel analysis with one ROI/seed.
