Co-activation maps
Dear Joaquim,
thank you very much for providing AES-SDM!
I was wonderwing whether you intend to add the calculation of frequent "Co-Activation Maps" to the software in the near future? If not, how might one proceed to test the co-occurence of brain regions using the AES-SDM framework? Please note, that we calculated a combined coordinate- and image-based meta-analysis.
Thank you very much in advance,
Lars

RE: Co-activation maps
Dear Lars,
thank you for this suggestion, this would be definitely a nice tool which I hope I'll add sometime. However, I must say that I think that I have no time for this work in the next months, so I don't know when I could add it.
That said, I think that you could nevertheless conduct a co-activation analysis by extracting the values of the significant clusters of the main analysis and analyzing these data. Please contact me if you need any help.
Best wishes,
Joaquim
