I have three very quick questions:

1). I calculated Z-score matrix for all 137 regions (by default) but when I see the dimensions of Z-score matrix in MATLAB, its dimensions are coming out to be 136x137. Shouldn't it be square matrix of size 137x137 ? Why there is one column less in the Z-matrix ?
2). I was reading FAQ section of Functional connectivity toolbox which is very useful. I found that we can get subject-wise and condition-wise Z-score matrices.
So now the data I have has two conditions: rest (say condition 1) and task (say condition 2). I can see Z-score matrix for condition 1 and 2 separately but I am interested in looking at Z-score matrix for the effect condition 2 > condition 1. Could you please tell me where can I find Z score matrix for this effect ?
3). Does the software give correlation coefficients matrix also in addition to Z-scores matrix ? If yes, where can I find that ?
