3dwarper -T functionality
Hello Dr. Ardekani,
When running 3dwarper with both '-T initial.mat' and '-A' options, 3dwarper immediately goes into performing non-linear registration with the final initial-to-target linear transformation as 'initial.mat'.
Is this the intended function when using both options?
With the -A option enabled, I was expecting additional iterations to refine the 'initial.mat' transformation.

Hi Arnold,
Yes, the -T option trumps -A.
Best,
