problem with IBSR image
Hi every one
I downloaded IBSR and used MIPAV for using them but it can not open some of them,what can i do? IBSR has problem or the software that i am using.
I need these images please help.

I've tried to use the data file 126 and 536 (brain tumor) but I couldn't find the corresponding manual segmentation, if any one can help, I appreciate it,

I have been reading a paper, Fluid Vector Flow and Applications in Brain Tumor Segmentation, and I noticed grund truth segmentation for IBSR Tomur datasets. I wonder if there is actually any ground truth provided for these datasets
