java error for DKE
I am using the DKE data from Philips scanner.
Data in nifti format. b = 1000, 2000, 30 directions for each b val.
I have installed the 2012a MATLAB compiler. On running i get the java error. Attached are the data parameter and error log file created.

I have not encountered this problem before. But after looking on the internet I found the following: Error 0xc0000005 is very often (but not always) an access permissions type of problem. Do you have full access to your computer? I have also found some forums saying it might be an internal bug with that JRE version. Are you using the Java that came with the MCR or did you have another version installed?
Your DKEparameters feel looks ok, so the issue lies elsewhere. I will ask some more input and get back to you!
