Hello- since those command line tools already exist (albeit for Unix) I have not tried to replicate them with my own software. However, if you want to modify a header with a graphical interface, this is easy to do with MRIcron. Open th image you want to modify and then select Window/Information. You will see a new window with all the header details. You can use this window's File/Save to save a modified header.
