ART not working with spm12?
Dear all,
I tried to use the ART gui and got the following warning:
>> art
Warning! unrecognized SPM version SPM12
Mapping files for session 1...: ...done
Calculating globals...: 610/610...done
Session 1 global statistics - mean: 399.3917 stdv: 2.8378
Outlier detection: 17 identified outliers
Statistics of movement data:
x y z pitch roll yaw norm
mean 0.0285 0.0373 0.1008 0.0009 0.0005 0.0004 0.2072
stdv 0.0394 0.0386 0.1758 0.0017 0.0010 0.0006 0.2891
max 0.4876 0.3343 2.9440 0.0219 0.0187 0.0062 3.8182
Error using cat
Dimensions of matrices being concatenated are not consistent.
Error in art>savefile_Callback_SaveRegressor (line 1353)
R2=cat(2,R1,M{j});
Error in art>art_OpeningFcn (line 517)
savefile_Callback_SaveRegressor(handles);
Error in gui_mainfcn (line 220)
feval(gui_State.gui_OpeningFcn, gui_hFigure, [], guidata(gui_hFigure), varargin{:});
Error in art (line 131)
gui_mainfcn(gui_State, varargin{:});
Additionally the figure feedback was not complete, as was posted by Andrea Stocco on Jul 15.
Any ideas on why this might be and what could be the solution?
