Something wrong on Tracking&Networks
Dear PANDA Users,
I am very new using this toolbox. I want to process Tracking&Network. I followed the manual and set everything, but the analysis is stopped. I looked at tracking_pipeline.loginfo, but I didn't understand what is the problem. Could you please help me. The file is attached.
Thanks,
Elveda

RE: Something wrong on Tracking&Networks
Dear Elveda,
Thanks for your interest in PANDA.
All the nifti images you input should be .nii or .nii.gz format. You cannot input .img format nifti images.
If you still have any problems, feel free to contact me.
Best
Zaixu

Dear Zaixu,
Thank you very much or your help. Now I have all images .nii format, but still I got an error. I attached .loginfo file. Could you please look at it why I am having an error this time?
Thanks,
Elveda

RE: Something wrong on Tracking&Networks
Dear Elveda,
The error message is as following:
/bin/bash: fslchfiletype: command not found
It indicated that the FSL was not installed correctly.
You can install FSL following the appendix in the manual. (It is very important to write the configuration sentences in /etc/profile)
Best wishes
Zaixu
