Hi,

I am trying to use dcm2nii for converting dicom to nifti images but I get the following errors:

This issue does not appear with the following version: Chris Rorden's dcm2nii :: 6 June 2013
It appears with the followings:
- Chris Rorden's dcm2nii :: 4AUGUST2014 32bit BSD License
- Chris Rorden's dcm2nii :: 1JUNE2015 32bit BSD License

Could you please tell me how I could fix this issue (which seem to be related to issues in the original data)?

I would suggest trying the latest version. Even better, I would consider moving from dcm2nii (which comes with MRIcron) to dcm2niix (which comes with MRIcroGL). While dcm2nii supports many pre-DICOM legacy formats (proprietary formats from Elscint, GE and Siemens), dcm2niix has more modern support for DICOM.
