MRIcroGL on linux but it gives me this error:
I am trying to run MRIcroGL on linux but it gives me this error:

The program 'MRIcroGL' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)'.
(Details: serial 1978 error_code 8 request_code 146 minor_code 5)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)
Anybody knows what it means?
Thanks,
Aral

RE: MRIcroGL on linux but it gives me this error:
You may want to try the latest version of MRIcroGL. I would also check your graphics card driver. In general, MRIcroGL expects a 64-bit Linux operating system and a graphics card that supports OpenGL 2.1 or later. It should work on any modern Intel, AMD or NVidia GPU. However, I have noticed that the open source Noveau driver for NVidia graphics cards does not work as well as NVidia's proprietary driver. I would suggest you look at the troubleshooting web page
