Save each series in separate directories
Hi experts,
I'm sorry if the question has already been answered but I am a beginner in using dcm2nii to convert my files. My data is stored in a CD-ROM and it contains the resting-state, activation and DTI data for each of my subject; So is it possible to save each series of my converted data (output files) in separate directories like MRIconvert do?
Thanks for your answer,
Nabila

RE: Save each series in separate directories
No, you could have it put these details into the file name, but not
the directories. General usage is described here
https://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index.php/dcm2nii:MainPage
and the source code is here
https://github.com/neurolabusc/dcm2niix
so you are free to modify it as you wish. I think both Jolinda's MRIconvert and Xiangrui's dicm2nii are excellent tools, so choose the one that best serves your needs.
