There is a folder named 'logs' and a configuration file named '*.PANDA' in the result path.

Sorry to reply so late.
This problem is occurred because the function 'tiedrank' is not exist in your MATLAB.
May be your matlab is not intact.

However, this is only related the calculation of LDH, and will not influence other analysis, e.g., FA, MD, .etc.
