I am using FSL for a resting-state analysis and was hoping to use ART to detect artifacts. Unfortunately it does not read 4D nifti output from FSL, am I doing something wrong or is it generally not possible?
I alternatively I converted4D into 3D SPM files which it can deal with BUT the output looks a bit strange (see attached) so I wonder if the conversion messes with the files?
