dmn seed definition rationale?
Hi, I was wondering how you came up with the dmn seed definitions
in conn, specifically, the PCC seed seems to be centered
at -7, -52, 39 if I am not mistaken. I see lots of other
papers define the default mode PCC as centered at 0, -53,26.
Is there a reference/rationale for putting it at -7, -52, 39 in conn?

RE: dmn seed definition rationale?
Hi Clas,
The dmn seed definitions in the "dmn" file were defined from the coordinates reported in Fox et al. PNAS 2005 paper. These may be a bit outdated now, in the next CONN release we are hoping to add a more extensive set of seeds for the default-mode network as well as other networks of interest derived from Independent Component Analyses of the HCP dataset, which may prove more generalizable.
Hope this helps

RE: dmn seed definition rationale?
Hi Alfonso,
I was wondering if there is an update on this, does Conn still use the coordinates from the Fox et al. PNAS 2005 paper?
Thank you for all your hard work putting this toolbox together.
Best wishes,
Ed
