About the seed definition
Dear Zaixu,
I'm from BIT and I am a senior student, now I'm using the PANDA to complete my graduation thesis. here is the problem, I need to define the seed in my way, not the default seed, and then do some network analysis. so how should I define the seed? And what should I know?
Best regards,
Jason
