Hi,

I'm just starting to use GRETNA and I'm unable to customize any network configurations (e.g., Network type, Threshold type, etc) under the "Network Analysis" GUI. I'm not getting any errors in Matlab but the GUI won't allow me to select the different options. I'm using Matlab 2016a - could it be an issue with the version of matlab? 

Any suggestions would be appreciated - thanks!

Hi, Ramina,
I don't have matlab 2016a so I cannot test it.
GRETNA should work fine from Matlab2009a to Matlab2014b
As usual, you can double clicking what you want to customize.
If it is not work, that may be a incompatible for MATLAB2016a and
I will try to fix it soon.

Hi,

I am just starting to use GRETNA for fMRI images. Preprocessing pipeline was construct but its not giving figure display. Its showing "MATLAB is working in headless mode, figures wont display". I checked with other toolbox like GAT but in that figures is coming. only in GRETNA its not coming. 

How to resolve it?

I am sorry I can't help you. Because I have used GRETNA before. Usually, I use AFNI to process my fMRI data.
