Hello everyone,

I am trying to convert a set of DWI DICOM images to the nifti format, especially in order to extract the bvals and bvecs. 
When I drag the folder containing the DICOMs in the GUI however, it produces an error message, and there is no concrete output files.
Here is the displayed message :

Why does dcm2nii not recognize the DICOM files anymore ? 

System : Mac OSX 10.11.6

Hi-
 I suspect you have an unsupported transfer syntax (http://www.nitrc.org/plugins/mwiki/index...)

Can I suggest you use dcm2niix (which comes with MRIcroGL). I suspect this will work. If not can you email me directly with a sample set?
