Dear SDM fellows

I have met some problem in executing multimodal analyses using win V 5.12. The process interruptted at its 2% done. I have no idea where the problem roots. My OS is WIN7

Here is the batch:

AND here is the log:

And the Mac OSX version 5.12 work well!

Dear Chengyu Wang.

Are you using windows 32 bits or 64? There was a bug for multimodal analyses that was corrected in 5.14, which is available for windows 64 bits (not yet for 32).

It you're using 64 bits, could you try 5.14 and let us know if the problem persists?

I'm having exactly the same problem using version 5.14, 64 bits it just stops at 2% done.

Thanks for your reply. I actually gave up and did a conjunction analysis in SPM instead but can attempt to rerun it and paste the log in if that is helpful for you?

I ran a multimodal analysis in Mac Version, and it works.
BUT I can't understand what the results mean!
The results report title read "Blobs of ≥ 59 voxels with all voxels (value) ≥ nan and all peaks (value) ≥ 1.000" and the results table without detailed p value avalaible. What did "all voxels (value) ≥ nan" and "peaks (value) ≥ 1.000" mean? What is the (value) MEAN? Is it a SDM-Z value? It was rather different from the form given in unimodal analysis which I aquainted with (eg."Blobs of ≥ 40 voxels with all voxels SDM-Z ≤ -1.146 and all peaks SDM-Z ≤ -1.214")

Thank you for making this software free. 

I am having the same problem (see input and error below), Windows64bit, version V 5.14. I have a question related to the difference between the manual and the program. In the manual it says I should enter a .txt file while in the program it says I should enter a .nii.gz file, like an image file. So which file should I use to the multimodal analysis? 
Also the files I have used are the probability maps.

I am currently facing some issues when I try to run a multimodal analysis in SDM. The analysis seems to start but it is systematically blocked at 2 %.
I am working on the last version of SDM 5.141 on a win64 computer.
Can you please let me know if there is a bug and if there is a way to fix this error ?
