FiberProcess failed
Hi,
I am trying to run DTIAtlasFiberAnalyzer within Slicer. And while following the steps indicated in the tutorial, I get the following error :
ModuleType: CommandLineModule
DTI Atlas Fiber Analyzer command line:

Qt has caught an exception thrown from an event handler. Throwing
exceptions from an event handler is not supported in Qt. You must
reimplement QApplication::notify() and catch all exceptions there.
terminate called after throwing an instance of 'std::out_of_range'

DTI Atlas Fiber Analyzer completed without errors
Any clues on where it might come from?
FiberProcess is working if I execute it separately in Slicer...

RE: FiberProcess failed
Hello Mathilde,
What type of Operating System (Max, Linux, Windows) are you using?
We have some updates that haven't been published as a Slicer extension.
I could generate the latest version for you.
Best,
Juan

RE: FiberProcess failed
Hi Juan Pietro,
I am using Linux.
Yes, I would very much like to get a hold of it.
Thank you!
Mathilde
