Question about dcm2nii (Sagittal Siemens data
Hello,
Using dicom2nii, dcm2niix or MRIConvert to convert DICOM of
Sagittal Siemens data to NIFTI, I get an error about DTI vectors:
"please validate DTI vectors (matrix had a negative determinant,
perhaps Siemens sagittal)".
The .bvec file is not correct which makes wrong orientations of the
computed DTI.
Thanks for your help

Non-axial DTI acquisition can cause confusion for bvec sign. If you
use Matlab, please try my converter. It should give correct bvec sign I believe.
