I am using BrainNet Viewer for network visualization and very new to it.

Since, there is a big expansion of the neurophysiological data, I am wondering if there is any m script, which can run visualization in a loop and simultaneously save the image with the given parameters.

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

There is a commandline named "BrainNet_MapCfg.m" in BrainNet Viewer, which may fulfill your request. Please see the note in the function for its usage.
