MATLAB (PANDA) not recognize FSL
Dear Zaixu

I've installed FSL on vmware and it works correctly (I've started to work with it before). Also MATLAB has been installed. (I attached and image to show that both of them are working). However after running "PANDA", it is just stay open for 2 seconds and an error is shown as it can be seen in the attached picture. To be sure that FSL is added to MATLAB, its directory is set to Matlab too. I've also checked it on Ubuntu, but it doesn't work. I'm really confused. How should I solve it? Please kindly help me, I really need to work with PANDA.

RE: MATLAB (PANDA) not recognize FSL
Dear,

How did you open the matlab.

You should open the matlab by inputting the command 'matlab' in the terminal.

Also, where did you download FSL, you should use the centos version and downloaded it in the website of FSL. PANDA does not support debian version FSL. Ubuntu system can also use centos version FSL.

Hope these information will be helpful.
