Cluster Locater Question
Hello PANDA experts,

I have two questions.

1, Using Cluster Locater in PANDA-utilities, I noted that in MATLAB Command Window shows a list of variables, including Voxels MAX, MAX X (vox), MAX Y and MAX Z, as well as COG X, Y and Z. I wonder what the meanings of these variables are.

Voxels MAX: is this the (1-p-value) of the peak voxel within the cluster?
MAX X, Y and Z: are these the MNI coordinates of that peak voxel?
COG X, Y and Z: what are those?

2, To use the fully corrected p image (i.e. tbss_tfce_corrp_tstat) to generate a report on the suprathreshold clusters, should I firstly threshold this p image by value>0.95, and then use PANDA-utilities-Cluster Locater to get the information on the clusters?

Many thanks!

RE: Cluster Locater Question
Dear Haobo,

1. This is displayed by the cluster command of FSL, you can look up for the manual about this command https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/Cluster.

2. If you use PANDA to display the significant results, a file named *_SigIndex.nii.gz will be created, you can use this file as the input.

Best wishes
