Running stats test for binomial data
Hi,
I am wondering how do I run a liebermeister measure/fisher exact tests for binomial data in NiiStat/Matlab? I have selected voxelwise analysis and using '0' and '1' coding for my behavioral data but it still runs GLM. Also, is it possible to do those test by selecting region of interest?
