possible problem with a FCP scan from Beijing
Hello everyone! I am using FCP scans, among others scans from
Beijing and I think there is sth wrong with the rs-fMRI scan of
subject 62966. It looks there are 33 points along the x axis and 64
points along the z axis. I think it is not just because these two
dimensions were reversed when saving the scan. Along the x axis not
the entire brain is covered. I was wondering, does anyone of you
know whether it is due to acquisition or due to post-processing?
How should this scan be handled?
