Hi all, 

I am trying to convert some PAR/REC (multishell) DWI data files from a Philips Achieva 3T scanner with MRIcroGL on MacOSx 10.11.6.
The problem is that in the PAR file the slices are ordered from 26-50 and then 1-25, thus the resulting image starts with the middle-bottom of the brain and below top-middle (see attached). Do you have any idea if there is a way to get the brain in its normal shape and maintain the correct bvecs/bvals?

Problem specific to previously unobserved feature PAR/REC files - not sure if this is due to interleaved acquisition or interpolated reconstruction. Regardless, it is fixed in the upcoming release.
