Discarding volumes in anadef.m
Hi,
Thankyou for the toolbox.
I have a set of 4D volumes that are preprocessed using SPM (sw_). During Preprocessing I have not used the first four volumes. But the preprocesed functional scans have those volumes included. The beginning of the 5th volume is considered as the time 't' = 0 for creating the onsets.txt.
Q1) Do I just set AnaDef.OnsetModifier = 4 in the anadef.m for discarding those volumes?
In the GIT Hub version of this code I found AnaDef.OnsetModifier is set as 5 for removing 4 volumes . Again that is when 3D volumes are being used.
Q2)Also Is there away to create multiple out_estimated.mat files if I have multiple files. Do i need to run for each one of them separately?
Thanks again

RE: Discarding volumes in anadef.m
Hi,
Q1: Yes, this modifier allows you to subtract a constant from all onsets (use the same units as in the onset file, i.e. seconds or scans).
Q2: What do you mean by 'multiple files'?
Best,
Martin
